Hi, I'm Lauren and I started The Prep Room to help people feel proud of how they present themselves professionally.
Throughout my career, I've worked with entrepreneurs, career changes, government officials and first-gen professional who have built incredible careers - often without traditional guidance. I saw how powerful it is when someone has support in telling their story clearly and confidently and I wanted to offer that kind of personalized prep to more people.
I bring a thoughtful, strategy-driven approach to ever session and resume. And I truly believe that when your materials reflect your value, you walk into any room differently.
